1. Lifetime Guarantee
We offer a lifetime ownership guarantee on all completed repair work. This guarantee:
• Covers the original customer for as long as they own the vehicle.
• Becomes void if new damage occurs to the repaired area.
• Cannot be transferred to a new owner.
Corrosion Clause
If we find rust or corrosion during the repair, we will:
• Take photographs and share them with you.
• Proceed with your approval, but please note: we cannot guarantee rust will not return, so no warranty is given on these areas.

2. Parts & Availability
We aim to use genuine manufacturer parts where possible. In cases where parts are:
• Discontinued,
• Delayed, or
• Unavailable from the manufacturer,
we may use:
• Insurance-approved recycled (green) parts, or
• High-quality non-genuine alternatives.
All substitute parts will be approved to safety and quality standards.

3. Deposits & Cancellation Policy
• A deposit is required when ordering parts.
• Customers pay the full cost of parts upfront to protect us against cancellations.
• Dealership-supplied parts are non-refundable unless the supplier agrees to accept returns.
If you cancel after parts are ordered, we will do our best to help – but can’t guarantee a refund for special-order items.

4. Mobile & Workshop Repairs
We provide services:
• At our fully equipped workshop, or
• Via our mobile repair unit.
Mobile repairs require:
• A safe, accessible space (off-road and flat),
• Space to operate, and
• Access to electricity where needed.
Bad weather may force us to reschedule mobile bookings for safety and quality reasons.

5. Estimates & Additional Damage
• Estimates are valid for 30 days.
• If we discover additional issues (e.g. hidden damage or corrosion), we will:
• Inform you right away,
• Share photos, and
• Provide a revised estimate before continuing.

6. Payments
• Final payment is due upon completion, before vehicle collection or return.
• We accept bank transfer, cash, and card.
• Receipts are issued for all payments.

7. Customer Responsibilities
• Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before your appointment.
• We cannot accept responsibility for items left in the vehicle.

8. Liability Disclaimer
Auto Bodyworx is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing faults or damage,
• Delays caused by third-party suppliers,
• The return of corrosion on previously rust-affected areas.
